Laura Herman specializes in emerging technologies’ impact on artistic practices. Currently, she is a research leader at Adobe and a doctoral researcher at the University of Oxford’s Internet Institute. She has held research roles at Harvard, Princeton, and Intel and has worked with arts institutions such as the Serpentine Galleries, the Tate, Studio Olafur Eliasson, and Ars Electronica. Laura’s curatorial and research work has been covered by venues including the BBC, Forbes, Artnet, New Scientist, Newsweek, and the Wall Street Journal.

Dr Oonagh Murphy - Responsible AI Fellow (Arts Council England), Turing Fellow (Alan Turing Institute), Senior Lecturer (Goldsmiths)

Dr. Oonagh Murphy is redefining how cultural organisations navigate the digital age. She works closely with museums, galleries, government bodies, and funders to shape digital strategies and policies that make a real difference. As a Senior Lecturer in Digital Culture and Society at Goldsmiths, University of London, she teaches students in the Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship, inspiring them to think creatively about the intersection of technology and the arts. Her dual roles as a Research Fellow at Arts Council England and a Fellow at The Alan Turing Institute underscore her deep commitment to advancing the digital landscape within the cultural sector.

Rachel Walker - Head of Digital Product & Infrastructure, Royal Academy of Arts

Rachel is Head of Digital Product & Infrastructure at the Royal Academy of Arts and the RA’s Bloomberg Tech Fellow. In her leadership role at the RA, she heads up a team of developers, product and project managers to deliver innovative, sustainable digital change.

Rachel’s has over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, innovation and ecommerce. She holds an MA in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins and has previously worked for major arts organisations in both the UK and the US, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her work focuses on delivering engaging, seamless, online visitor experiences and optimising online revenue generation.
