Paloma Strelitz Creative Director, Patch & Co-founder, Assemble (Turner Prize-Winning architecture and social-impact studio)

Paloma is Creative Director & Head of Product at Patch, a startup developing a national network of spaces for work, culture, and community, aimed at revitalising high streets and town centres across the UK.
Prior to Patch, Paloma co-founded Assemble, an acclaimed architecture and design studio focused on promoting civic and cultural development. Assemble’s purpose-driven approach earned them the Turner Prize (2015), and they were appointed Royal Academicians (2022).
Paloma is a regular speaker, writer, and advisor on cities, culture, and technology, contributing her expertise both in the UK and internationally. Her roles include serving as a Design Advocate for the Mayor of London (2017–22), and as a judge for the European Prize for Urban Public Space (2022).
Paloma studied architecture at Cambridge University and the Royal College of Art, and was awarded the Loeb Fellowship at Harvard University (2019–20). She is passionate about developing scalable pathways for inclusive change and is actively involved in the UK’s startup and venture communities.
