Saad Eddine Said is a strategic cultural leader who forges partnerships between communities, artists, and institutions to reshape arts and culture in cities and towns around the world. His work focuses on rethinking and reimagining a new blueprint for institutional leadership and governance.
He is the CEO and Artistic Director of New Art Exchange, where he has led a major organisational transformation, making NAE the first cultural institution in the world to embed a permanent Citizen Assembly into its leadership structure.
He is also the Co-Director and Co-Founder of Citizens in Power, the Co-Chair of Contemporary Visual Arts Network England, and the author of RETURN, a manifesto for citizen-led cultural institutions.
