Anyi Hobson is the founder of SEAM Advisory, a practice that works at the intersection of environmental and social commitments in the built environment, fashion and the arts.

She has spent over 30 years leading and advising on complex projects in twelve countries and five languages, working in asset management, placemaking, regeneration, retrofit and investment across the UK, EU and US. Her proprietary frameworks embed inclusive and commercial interventions into physical spaces.

Anyi has held asset management roles at Commerz Real, J. Safra Real Estate and The Grosvenor Estate. Her real estate expertise is informed by backgrounds in retail, fashion, financial services and philanthropy.

In May 2025, Anyi was appointed to the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone Programme Board that oversees and challenges the progress of the delivery plan of one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects with ambitious cultural, sustainability and infrastructure programmes on land and water.
