Authentic and unique experiences have the power to make deep connections with people, with some remembered for a lifetime and creating a story that has to be shared. These talks explore trends and best practice across wide fields of experience design, from immersive theatre and exhibitions to retail environments.

Moreover, with the traditional high street facing deep and systemic challenges, leisure experiences have been heralded as a key opportunity to help transform former retail environments and animate inner cities. Creative enterprises such as Two Bit Circus and Meow Wolf have managed to combine creative experiences with scalable and sustainable models.
