At Jackalope Hotel, Josh's efforts were recognised with AHA's Best Marketed Hotel award, alongside a string of accolades during the hotel's opening.

Josh joined THE LUME Melbourne in 2022, initially overseeing marketing, brand, PR, and commercial activities. His background in luxury hotels and passion for enhancing visitor experiences inspired his transition to General Manager, where he now oversees venue operations.
