Adam Farrar - Director of Commercial & Visitor Experience, Natural History Museum

I joined the Natural History Museum in 2019, and am responsible for visitor and commercial operations, including retail, licensing, venue hire, catering, visitor events and membership. I am also the Senior Responsible Officer for the Urban Nature Project: a transformation of the Museum gardens into a welcoming, accessible, and biologically diverse green space. Prior to the NHM, I held senior commercial roles at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, and The Royal Parks.
