Jérôme de Baecque Director (APAC), Moment Factory - “Most Innovative Live Event Company" in the world, Fast Company

Currently the Director of APAC Business Development at the Singapore office of Moment Factory, Jérôme de Baecque is enthusiastically committed to strengthening commercial development, partnerships, network expansion, and regional office setup. Previously serving as the company’s ambassador in Southeast Asia and ANZ, he brought his experience in managing international offices and knowledge of APAC markets, opening up new project perspectives and providing precious expertise to his team on a daily basis.

 

Originally from Paris, Jérôme successfully led three businesses in his hometown, reflecting his entrepreneurial spirit. With over 25 years of experience in managing companies in the digital, advertising, media, entertainment, and communication sectors, and passionate about transmedia storytelling, he has always ensured that each project delivers the best user experience across all platforms.His approach is based on human relationships, built on mutual trust and empathy, enabling him to create and nurture strong bonds with clients and consistently guarantee their satisfaction. Convinced that creativity stems from interactions between individuals, Jérôme embraces a work philosophy grounded in positive psychology, where optimism is the key to success.

 

Since joining Moment Factory in 2019, Jérôme has made significant contributions to the success of numerous flagship projects such as Light Cycles, Mirror Mirror, Resonate, Changi T2, and Augmented Games, in addition to over 100 presentations, commercial proposals, conferences, and exhibitions that have showcased Moment Factory throughout the Asian continent.
