Janine Collins consults to business, non-profits and government. She is the Principal of j9ccc and specialises in creating investment opportunities, connecting business, government and philanthropists and advising organisations on the development of new revenue streams. 

Her recent clients include AIATSIS, Australian Film, Television and Radio School, Penrith City Council, Biennale of Sydney, National Institute of Circus Arts, International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies and Creative Partnerships Australia.

She has led Development teams at Sydney Dance Company, Sydney Writers Festival and Belvoir St Theatre where she created award winning business partnership models.

Prior to this, Janine held executive roles and consulted to government and the private sector on international partnerships and marketing in education and training. Her achievements in the the sector were recognised in BRW Magazine’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Small Businesses for two consecutive years.

Janine is a Board member of contemporary arts companies Urban Theatre Projects and Performance Space.
