Howard Cearns is a Creative Industries leader in brand development and media communications, arts and culture, food and beverage, tourism and events.

He is a co-founder of Little Creatures Brewery and Chair of Lost & Grounded Brewery in Bristol UK, co-founder of Alex Hotel, founder Braincells Creative Agency, and served as Deputy Chair of Tourism WA and Chair of Eventscorp.

More recently, he played a lead role in establishing Home Fire Creative Industries to work with the WA Government to design, build, and operate Perth Film Studios, and was an Executive Producer on the Craig Silvey film “RUNT”.

Along with longstanding partners, Howard established the Wheelhamby Carbon Farm Project and the “Line in the Sand” Group designing and funding conservation projects in the south-west.
