Eric Ho Co-Founder, Good Goods and Architecture Commons
Eric is an architect passionate about architecture and urban environments that have a lasting impact on society. Eric started his entrepreneurial pursuit by creating accessible commercial storefront spaces for makers, creators, entrepreneurs and community in the Lower East Side of New York. He has enabled over 150+ popup experiences from 1 day to 6 months working with landlords, property managers, tenants of over 30 spaces in Manhattan. Eric recently co-founded Good Goods, a collaborative retail model for shared urban spaces that is part of cohort 3 of Urban-X, a startup accelerator built by MINI and Urban Us. His work has been showcased by New York Times and many more. Eric is also the co-founder and Director of Architecture Commons based in New York and Hong Kong, advocating design that services the many.
