Damon is an award-winning screen director, author and activist. His debut feature documentary That Sugar Film broke Australian box office records, won the AACTA Award for best feature documentary and sold to 25 international territories. His campaign book That Sugar Book is a bestseller in Australia, is published in 20 countries and translated into 8 languages.

Damon’s latest feature documentary 2040 is a top-five highest grossing Australian documentary and has been released around the globe. His companion book 2040: A Handbook for the Regeneration is published by Pan Macmillan.

An in demand thought leader and keynote speaker, Damon has received numerous accolades for his work, including a nomination for NSW Australian of the Year in 2020.

Carli Leimbach - Design Thinker, WWF Innovation Lead, Regenerative Practitioner

Carli Leimbach is an Innovation Lead at WWF currently designing the 'Innovate to Regenerate' national challenge, a former Learning designer for the ABC establishing the first emerging leaders program, a design thinker for Google and the 2019 Fempreneur in residence at the UTS Business School.

Born and raised inside a family of creative rebels, she believes in the power of innovative thinking to challenge the status quo and change the world.In the Covid years, Carli explored what her personal and professional contribution might be in tackling the climate emergency and to live into the question of how do we think and act regeneratively - in the way we design and how we can learn better to enable the places where we live and work to thrive.

Now she finds herself leading a national regeneration challenge with an amazing team at WWF-Australia committed to finding and funding innovative solutions that benefit communities, drive economic recovery and support regenerative business.
