Andrea Spencer-Cooke - CEO, One Stone Asia Pacific & B Council Member, B Lab

Andrea is a sustainability expert with 30 years at the leading edge of global responsible business practice. She is founding director of One Stone, a certified B Corp and women-owned consulting firm that advises on strategy, ESG best practice and leadership for positive impact, with a particular focus on arts, culture and tourism. She has developed sustainability and climate action plans for the Australian Museum, Powerhouse and Art Gallery of NSW.

Since 2018, she has also worked with Sydney Opera House to integrate the United Nations SDGs and become the first major Arts institution to align with and champion the Global Goals. Prior to an international sustainability consulting career, she was at SustainAbility Ltd in the UK where she co-developed the influential concept of the triple bottom line.

Jessica Gooch - Director, Strategic Engagement & Impact, Sydney Opera House

Jess is Director of Strategic Engagement & Impact at Sydney Opera House, where she leads organisational strategy and engagement to support its ambition to be Everyone’s House. This includes overseeing an integrated team working across access, environment and inclusion, championing the Opera House’s vision of sustainability, inspiring positive change and its commitment to the UN Global Goals. As a business and communications leader, Jess has worked with a range of organisations in London and Sydney from major cultural institutions to multinational corporations and challenger brands. Her work has won awards from the Public Relations Institute of Australia, the B2B Marketing Awards, and the Cannes Lions.

Carmel Reyes - Climate Action & Sustainability Manager, Powerhouse Museum

Carmel Reyes is the Powerhouse climate action and sustainability manager, the first dedicated leadership role to embed sustainability into Powerhouse practices. Carmel heads delivery of the first Powerhouse Climate Action Plan, working in collaboration with all areas across the organisation on the plan’s implementation. With experience in the built environment industry, leading projects to achieve resource efficiencies, circular practices and sustainable outcomes, Carmel now also gives focus to climate programming and engagement. Carmel is a chair of Sydney’s Sustainable Destinations Partnership, leading the cultural institutions, entertainment and accommodation sector to improve environmental performance and build Sydney’s reputation as a leading sustainable destination.

Heidi Lenffer - Musician, Activist & Founder, FEAT. - 'Touring for a renewable future'

Heidi is a 3 x ARIA-nominated artist with the band Cloud Control and founder of FEAT. (Future Energy Artists), a climate action movement for the live entertainment industry. Working with artists like Vance Joy, Regurgitator and Julia Stone, FEAT. helped construct Brigalow Solar Farm in rural Queensland. In 2021, Heidi launched FEAT. Live, an initiative to champion a 1.5% sustainability surcharge called the 'Solar Slice' on ticketed events across Australia's largest festivals and tours to fund carbon reduction measures and regenerative climate solutions in the arts. Solar Slice has been rolled out across Falls Festival, Splendour In The Grass, St Jerome's Laneway, Spin-oJ, Harvest Rock, including tours with Lime Cordiale and Angie McMahon, and featured in the June-August 2023 edition of Rolling Stone magazine.
