After a successful pilot program, REMIX Summits and the City of Sydney have teamed up again to offer 6 individuals or organizations free access to the ‘Business of Culture’ incubator. The incubator takes place over 10-weeks and includes access to mentoring and consultancy support to support 6 organisations and individuals working in the cultural and creative industries to develop new ideas to build new revenue streams and audiences.
The incubator also includes access to a new online course which over 10 modules explores how to turn innovation projects from idea to reality. The course showcase real-world examples and best practice analysing innovation projects from leading cultural organisations such as MoMA and the Design Museum through as well as fast growing creative enterprises and creator platforms such as Meow Wolf, TeamLab, Punchdrunk, Patreon, TikTok art stars and Secret Cinema.
