Jasmine Ferres is a Sociologist with over 20 years experience working in Media, Retail, Tech Start Ups + Advertising companies in Australia, London and the USA. She built creative cultures across multiple regions and offices and played a key role in shaping company vision and talent strategy. Jasmine left the corporate world in 2017 to fulfill her longtime vision; to cultivate mindful leadership and build more inclusive cultures. And so Tosha was born. Since then, Tosha has grown to a team of over 20 partners with an impressive roster of Global Creative clients including Apple, MTV, Sony Pictures, RollingStone, Variety, Paramount Pictures, Beats by Dre and many small - mid size Creative Agencies. As an Executive Coach Jasmine is supporting Senior Leaders from some of the most influential companies in the world across Silicon Valley, Hollywood and beyond. She is a resident Executive Coach with Apple and an Accredited coach with the International Federation of Coaching. Jasmine is also the lead designer for all of Tosha’s Experiential Labs and Coaching Programs, facilitating and speaking at events across the globe. She has extensive experience in Leadership Development, Behavioral Analytics, Neuroscience and Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. A certified Yoga teacher and a lover of the great outdoors, Jasmine is driven by a deep care for the humanity in each of us.
