Zoë Clapp

Director, YouTube UK Marketing & YouTube Creative Studio, EMEA

Zoë Clapp leads marketing for YouTube in the UK, and the YouTube Creative Studio across EMEA. She also leads marketing for YouTube Originals in EMEA. Prior, she was Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at UKTV, a BBC Studios company, and has over 20 years' experience building brands in entertainment, lifestyle and sport.

Zoë was previously non-executive director at ISBA and at Thinkbox, and served on advisory boards for Royal Television Society and Edinburgh International TV Festival.

Zoë graduated from the Institute of Arts London in 2000. She started out working both agency-side and in-house, with a variety of clients including Exposure, Extreme Sports Channel, Warner Music, Emap and Nike.

Zoë taught the Future Leaders programme for Creative Equals, mentored creative leaders at Cannes Lions, and was named one of the Top 100 marketers in the UK (Marketing Week). She is a proud member of WACL, the organisation for the most senior women in advertising and communications.
