Steph Curley

Social Mission Manager, Ben & Jerry's

Steph is a passionate ocean woman, environmentalist, and social justice advocate. She holds degrees in law and arts, with her work spanning the business world and NGO's - finally settling somewhere in between by using business as a force for good.

Steph leads Impact & Activism for Ben & Jerry’s ANZ/ANM. She enjoys strategically developing and implementing climate justice campaigns, setting the strategic direction for Ben & Jerry's climate justice activism in Australia and working across all ANZ/ANM Ben & Jerry's teams to ensure Ben & Jerry's is using their business as a force of good. This includes sustainability, social mission initiatives such as values led sourcing and partnerships, relationship management with a wide range of stakeholders, and working closely with NGO's on the ground.

Ben & Jerry's have a long (and delicious) record of social change and she is proud to work with a company that has such an authentic voice as a business for good.
