Currently Paulie is the Executive Creative Director at Uber. Building an internal agency and designing a new model to work with agency partners to help turn one of the greatest products of the modern era into one of the most beloved Brands of all time.
Prior to Uber, he helped merge traditional storytelling with the latest trends in tech and advertising as the GECD of R/GA in New York. Focusing on growing the network and Social offering, Paulie built out the Social team around the globe and was proud to be part of the team that won numerous Agency of the Year titles and became the most awarded agency in the world.
Over the years he's developed some of the most impactful campaigns for brands such as ESPN, Verizon, MasterCard and Walmart.
