Nick Lupi is a Sydney-based artist manager and A&R with 15+ years spanning artist and producer management, A&R strategy, touring and events. Alongside Adit Gauchan, he co-founded One Day — an artist management company and record label built from the ground up by a group of friends, now operating in joint venture with EMI Australia. Together they've guided the careers of ONEFOUR, Chillinit, tiffi, Triple One, 18YOMAN and more, driving over 1 billion streams across the roster. Nick got his start as one half of hip hop duo Spit Syndicate, and today focuses on building careers that last — one release, one stage, one day at a time.
