Since joining the studio in 2005, Neil has proven instrumental in delivering innovative designs on numerous high-profile projects including London’s Routemaster Bus, the Shanghai’s Bund Finance Centre and Little Island in New York City.

Most recently, Neil led Azabudai Hills - a six-hectare mixed-used district, in the centre of Tokyo which completed in November 2023. He is currently overseeing largescale projects in Europe and China.

Neil also leads the design and curatorial support of the studio’s international exhibitions, including 2023’s ‘Building Soulfulness’, which toured Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai.
