Nanette Louchart-Fletcher is a museum leader and creative producer, and museum executive whose career centres on community engagement, play-based learning, and active citizenship.
 
Throughout her work across major national cultural institutions, she has pioneered immersive exhibition strategies that connect complex socio-political concepts like human rights and democratic participation with the public.
 
She is Assistant Director – Visitor Engagement & Learning at the Australian National Maritime Museum, where she leads teams spanning public programs, learning, visitor engagement and site activations.
