Matt Branagan is co-founder of Work-Shop, Australia’s destination for all things creative and crafty. In just under 2 years, Work-Shop has rapidly grown from humble beginnings in Chippendale, Sydney to have four locations across 3 cities, with Work-Shop Brisbane due to open in July. Work-Shop encourages people to put down their smart phones and pick up a hammer and paintbrush and rediscover the joys of making.

Matt grew up in Melbourne, dreaming of creating his own comic books & directing films. Inspired by the Street Art of Melbourne’s laneways, he now dabbles with spray cans creating small and large scale murals. Alongside his business partner Chester Garcia, they plan to take Work-Shop global to spread the makers revolution to as many people as possible.
