Lara Hopkins has over 25 years' experience in animation and VFX production. She started her career as a producer at major VFX houses and 15 years ago she moved her focus onto finding, hiring and managing VFX artists and producers globally for companies such as Framestore, Rising Sun Pictures, and Dr D studios. Lara currently works as Senior Manager, Talent Management at Industrial Light & Magic in Sydney, where she helps build and manage the visual effects company's 5th global studio.
