Kate Spencer is a creative advisor and producer with over 20 years working across the creative industries, in Australia and internationally. Her career spans museums, cultural heritage, storytelling, design and creative placemaking. Kate is currently a Development Partner at RMIT FORWARD, the Centre for Future Skills and Workforce Transformation, where she is exploring and developing tools to enable creative industry professionals to surface hidden skills learnt through industry experience, and ways to reimagine creativity as a skill(set) for the future of work across all sectors.</p
