Julia Walter is Head of Digital and Broadcast at the Royal Shakespeare Company, where she leads teams creating, distributing and archiving live and on‑demand work for a range of audiences. With extensive experience in theatre production, digital innovation and organisational leadership, she has worked on major programmes exploring new performance technologies and audience experiences. Her previous roles span creative digital production, touring and general management, as well as sector-wide work on digital rights and new models for presenting performance.
