Jo Prosser is Commercial Director of the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, and Managing Director of V&A Enterprises Ltd, the museum's trading company.  Jo has worked with the V&A since 2001, initially joining as Director of Retail. 

She is responsible for all V&A commercial and trading activity, including Publishing, Retail, Brand and Image Licensing, Rights Management, Digital and Media; also for developing new revenue streams and business thinking more widely across the museum.  V&A Enterprises employs 120 people and delivers an annual turnover circa £12 million; 100% of its profits go to the V&A.
