Helen Cook is a company director and former KPMG Partner who was a founding Director of the Chamber since 2010 and has contributed to many arts Organisations over the past 15 years.

She is currently Director for RACWA Holdings Pty Ltd, RAC Insurance and RAC Finance Ltd, and Deputy Chairman of the Minerals Research Institute of WA, Councillor of the National Gallery of Australia, WA Divisional Councillor of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Major Performing Arts Panel of the Australia Council.

Helen is a former Chair of the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Deputy Chair of Fremantle Ports and Perth Theatre Trust, a founding Director of the Sheila Foundation for Women in Visual Art and has held numerous other directorship positions in a range of organisations for over 25 years.
