With over two decades of experience in creative fields, Gary has developed a strong expertise in immersive design. At Grande Experiences, he spearheaded several major projects, including Connection, an immersive experience showcasing the art and culture of Australia's First Nation Peoples. His leadership and creative direction played a pivotal role in establishing Grande Experience as a global leader in the immersive sector.
At The Lume, Gary refined his skills by creating large-scale, transformative art experiences that redefined traditional exhibitions. His ability to craft narrative-driven, authentic content has set new industry standards, capturing the attention of visitors and deepening their connection with the subject matter.
Gary is passionate about nurturing emerging talent in the immersive experiences field. As an industry expert advisor for Swinburne University’s Immersive Media program in Melbourne, he actively shares his knowledge and insights with the next generation of immersive designers. Additionally, he serves as an international judge for Immersive Arts (UK), a new funding and support program that empowers artists to explore and expand their creativity through immersive technologies.
