Eric and his London-based partner founded their design practice, Studio Memo, in January 2017. He mostly works from an office in The Hague, The Netherlands. He has a master’s degree in both architecture and structural engineering (membrane structures). They focus on experimental and lightweight architecture, often using festivals as field-labs and as a catalyst for innovation. Clients include structural engineering firms (consultancy based), corporate and private (design work) and non-profits (culture, art, education).

Eric has been working with Architects of Air on a freelance-basis for three years, traveling as an exhibition manager and working on some of the design aspects of our luminaria with company founder and artistic director Alan Parkinson.
