Elise Peyronnet has curated and directed large-scale projects in culture, technology and art in Australia and overseas. Artistic Director of Now or Never, City of Melbourne’s new art and technology festival, Elise builds her creative vision into broader multidisciplinary art forms. With a strong curatorial background including as Festival Director and founder of Melbourne Music Week, her work has shaped ambitious site-specific experiences with commissions of immersive installations, curation of global audio visual artists, collaborations with commercial brands and fashion projects for public and private sectors. A French national, Elise started her career in Paris with the team behind Silencio, a club venue designed by David Lynch, producing work for Beastie Boys, Femi Kuti and Jeff Mills before joining DDB Paris to produce compelling brand stories.
