Sarah Barns is Director of digital placemaking and interpretation practice Studio ESEM and a co-founder of STORYBOX.Co, a digital exhibition and insights platform for public spaces. With over 20 years of innovation experience under her belt - advancing open data, platform strategy, and multi-sensory storytelling programs for many of Australia's largest cultural and scientific institutions - Sarah is now exploring and expanding the histories of civic AI through a civic design initiative supported by RMIT University.
