Caroline has worked at the National Portrait Gallery for over four years. Initially a Visitor Services Manager, Caroline became Sales & Ticketing Manager during a restructure two years ago when she was tasked with creating a Sales & Ticketing team within the Visitor Services department. Before joining the Gallery Caroline worked in theatre for 10 years, managing both regional and West End venues.
