Ash Chang Head of Culture & Trends, YouTube

Ash Chang is the APAC Head of Culture & Trends at YouTube where he shares insights and stories about what's happening on YouTube. Prior to joining Google he was foundation Editor-in-Chief of pop culture website Pedestrian TV, Senior Editor of ABC iview and a Social Media Lead for ABC Television. He has been enlisted as a cultural commentator for the Sydney Morning Herald, the ABC and triple j's Hack, written about pop culture for the likes of Dazed and Confused and Monster Children magazine, hosted a pop culture podcast and was featured as a recurring pop culture expert on FBi Radio. He has also delivered keynote presentations on the topic of digital media for institutions such as UNSW, MusicNSW, Publishers Australia and VidCon.
