Anna Reid Chief Marketing Officer, Sydney Opera House

Anna provides marketing leadership to all key revenue areas of the business and has direct responsibility for digital, data and insight, brand, loyalty, partnerships and creative design. Anna is leading a digital transformation agenda that will enhance the customer experience and widen our audience reach. She is also co-leading Project One Voice, which will help define a more unified purpose and direction for the organisation. Anna is passionate about engaging with people, communities and brands in authentic ways. She has 16 years’ experience as a marketing, category and innovation manager in Australia, New Zealand, the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. She spent 11 years working with BP in Australia, New York, London and Delhi, including two years as a Global Brand Director. Anna participated in BP’s Global Executive Development Program and spent a year in India leading a renewable energy microfinance program. Prior to joining the Sydney Opera House, she was a General Manager of Marketing & Category at Pacific Brands.
