Derya Matras - Country Director Turkey, Facebook

Derya leads Facebook's Turkey business, helping brands, agencies and the digital ecosystem to drive growth Prior to joining facebook, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company, where she was co-leading CPG, Retail and Public Sector as well as serving banking and telecom industries. Then she joined Dogan Holding as Vice President of Retail and Entertainment Group and served at the boards of various media and retail companies. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BsC in Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University. She is married and has two young kids.
