REMIX is excited to be partnering with the UK Government on a new podcast called See Things Differently.
The UK is a global leader in the technology and creative industries. It offers a world-class ecosystem excelling in innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship driven by a highly-skilled, diverse talent pool and generous government incentives for innovation.
The UK’s Department for International Trade provides trade and investment services and practical support. It helps Australian businesses to buy from, set up in or invest in the UK. The UK-Australia Free Trade Agreement will create more opportunities for UK and Australian companies to do business in each market.
The Department for International Trade together with its Digital Trade Network will also be partnering with REMIX to produce a new podcast series; See Things Differently. The podcast will showcase creative entrepreneurs and innovators from around the globe with a focus on the UK in Series 1, highlighting some of the innovative creative startups coming out of the UK in fields such as creative tech and immersive entertainment.
Episode 1 – Louis Hartshorn, Joint CEO, Immersive Everywhere
Louis Harts-horn is an example of a new breed of creative entrepreneurs operating today which are blending their creative talents with business skills to build new creative experiences for audiences and fast growing creative companies.
They have produced an immersive version of the Great Gatsby which is now the UK’s longest running immersive production. Their most recent production Doctor Who: Time Fracture is on an even grander scale. Partnering with the BBC they have developed 17 different Doctor Who story worlds for the audience to experience across the show.
In 2019 he founded Immersive|LDN a permanent specialist immersive theatre and event venue in central London which is the home to both of these shows and as you will hear they have even bigger plans with a further venue launching shortly.
