Andrew is CEO of Layered Reality, the leading digitally based immersive entertainment business. The business has pioneered the use of Layered Reality - combining VR and other digital tools with full theatrical sets and physical sensations - to create innovative, truly immersive experiences including Jeff Wayne's The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience and The Gunpowder Plot immersive.
The business has won a number of high profile awards, been recognised with an EPIC Megagrant (given to the world’s most innovative digital innovations) and its attractions are ranked in the top 10% of all attractions globally on TripAdvisor.
Prior to that he spent two years running freuds and the decade before that running two businesses he founded: Beattie McGuinness Bungay (BMB) and Seven Dials.
Andrew was made CEO of TBWA\London aged 32 and has worked across Australia, New York and Mumbai. Outside of the day job he has worked on two general election campaigns, Chaired the Advertising Association overseeing a £19b industry and currently Chairs the PE backed architectural visualisation business, The Boundary.
