Felicity is Head of Partnerships at FINCH, a production company made of film-makers, artists, and engineers, working at the crossroads of storytelling, entertainment and technology. FINCH employs fifty full time staff, twenty-one directors, and hundreds of freelancers each year, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland.
Before joining FINCH, Felicity led the development of content strategy and partnerships for YouTube in Australia and New Zealand, working with rights-holders, original content creators and technology platforms across the music, sports, television and film industries. She has also held management roles at FremantleMedia in both Australia and the U.S, working on iconic franchises “American Idol”, “The X Factor” and “America’s Got Talent”. She has also worked at two start-ups and in her early career practised law at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney, specialising in mergers & acquisitions. Felicity has been back in Sydney since 2010 but has spent time living and working in London, New York, San Francisco and Italy.
