Jessie Hochberg is a business consultant who was recently appointed as the inaugural General Manager of Nightingale Housing: a new Australia wide social enterprise spawned by the success of architect led multi residential developments in Melbourne. Jessie specialises in social enterprise development, business strategy and the creative sectors interaction with urban culture.  A former senior officer at Creative Victoria, Jessie contributed to the development of the recently released Victorian Creative Industries strategy, penning a paper on alternative financing options for the development of the creative industries. Prior to this she was part of the strategic infrastructure project team at Creative Victoria, delivering major government capital projects. Jessie is passionate about the opportunity for the emerging democratisation of the financing sector to positively influence the development of urban environments through triple bottom line projects.
