Dan is a member of the Natural History Museum’s Executive Board and works with the Director and other Executives to run the UK’s most visited museum. He is responsible for the Museum’s communications, marketing and digital activity as well as its publishing business and online shop. Dan specialises in helping organisations grow their reputation, reach, and share of the market and has extensive experience gained across arts, culture, government, media, professional services, and retail sectors. He has also held senior leadership positions at the BBC, Consumers Association and English National Opera and has worked as a consultant for a variety of organisations including Apple Corps, Arts Council England, the Barbican; the BFI; Channel 4 and several television production companies.
