Evening Standard e-commerce strategy

With a daily reach of over 1.6 million Londoners, the Evening Standard commissioned REMIX Agency to evaluate a range of options for developing its e-commerce businesses and growing commercial revenue.

This project brought together detailed strategic insight into the buying profile of ES readers, the product supply chain and the technical and operational requirements involved with various sales models.

Growing a successful enterprise starts first and foremost with a deep understanding of customers and their behaviours – consumer insight was therefore key to making these recommendations.
