Dominic Cools-Lartigue is a street food entrepreneur, founder of Street Feast and Host of Channel 4's 'Cooking Up A Fortune'. Most recently, he has launched Dalston Yards, a 27,000 sq ft 'cultural playground' offering art, music and wellbeing alongside food and drink.
Street Feast opened in Dalston in 2012 to provide an incubator and platform for emerging brands such as Smokestak, Bleecker Burger, Bao and Pizza Pilgrims.
Dalston Yard is designed to be a home for creators that represent the breadth of London’s cultural excellence - creating a dynamic new cultural hospitality space that speaks to and reflects our communities, interests and values. It is designed to tap into the post-lockdown trend of third spaces for remote workers keen to escape their homes, including a co-working library and lounge.
