Danielle Harvey is currently the Head of International Development at the Sydney Opera House and Senior Producer of its Ideas at the House program, which includes the Festival of Dangerous Ideas and All About Women. At Sydney Opera House, she has also produced the international magic show The Illusionists and This Is Our Youth with Michael Cera and Kieran Culkin. Before this, Danielle spent five years as the Festival Executive Producer of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras, where career highlights include producing Spencer Tunick’s mass nude installation and touring comediennes Margaret Cho and Joan Rivers. Other parts of her resume include theatre directing credits, philanthropy programs and a terrible stint in a deli at age 15. Danielle is currently on a crusade to better understand the responsibility of programmers and marketers within the arts and culture sector to create authentic digital content.
